Admin Login

Access the Kensium POS administration interface.

Credentials

Your admin account is created during system installation by Kensium support. The Kensium team will provide you with your initial login credentials during implementation setup.

Accessing the Admin Interface

  1. Navigate to your Kensium POS URL in a web browser
  2. Enter the admin username and password
  3. Click Sign In
  4. You'll see the Welcome to Kensium Point-of-Sale page
  5. Click Administration Tools to access the admin interface

Welcome Page

After login, you'll see two buttons on the welcome page:

Administration Tools - Access the admin interface for system configuration and management

Open Register - Access the POS (cashier) interface for sales operations (opens in new window)

Session Security

  • Log out when stepping away from the computer
  • Don't leave your browser window unattended
  • Your session will expire after a configured inactivity period (default: 15-30 minutes)
  • Save your work frequently before inactivity timeout
