Card Payments¶
Configure payment processing for credit and debit cards.
Card Payments configuration allows you to set up payment processor integration for accepting credit and debit cards at your registers.
Navigation: Admin → Payments → Card Payments
Payment Processors Supported¶
The system supports multiple payment processors:
- Fortis - Full-featured processor
- Ebiz - Credit card processing
- Repay - Electronic payments
- PG Cloud Payments - Cloud-based payment processing
Card Payment Configuration¶
Processor Setup¶
- Navigate to Admin → Payments → Payment Types
- Find Card payment type
- Configure processor:
- Processor - Select Fortis, Ebiz, Repay, or PG Cloud Payments
- Merchant ID - Your merchant account
- API Key - Processor credentials
- Test Mode - Enable for testing
- Save
EMV Chip Card Support¶
All processors support EMV compliance:
- Chip Card - Insert-based, most secure
- Magnetic Stripe - Swipe-based, fallback
- Contactless - NFC/tap payments
Testing Card Payments¶
Test Mode¶
Before production:
- Enable Test Mode in processor setup
- Use test card numbers
- Process test transactions
- Verify in payment processor dashboard
- Disable test mode for production
