Price Sheets

Defines the named price-sheet identifiers used to group and reference pricing definitions across stores and integrations. A price sheet record consists of a unique code and a description; it acts as a stable label that ERP systems, import processes, and pricing rules can reference consistently. Price sheet codes should be treated as immutable once in active use.

Pricing Rules

Defines the server-side rules that control how items are priced at the register. Each rule can target a combination of customers, locations, items, price groups, and vendors, and supports special prices, discounts, markups, and subtotal lines. Rules can be scoped to a date range and include one or more breakpoint levels that apply different prices or discount amounts based on the quantity purchased.

Sales Events

Defines named promotional events used to label promotions, seasonal campaigns, and other time-limited activities in pricing and reporting workflows. Each sales event record consists of a name and an optional description. Sales event names should remain stable after creation to preserve consistency in historical data and integrations.
