Email Settings

Configure email delivery for receipts, notifications, and system communications.

The Email Settings module allows administrators to configure how the system sends emails for customer receipts, notifications, alerts, and other communications. Multiple email providers are supported with flexible configuration options.

Quick Start

1. Choose Your Email Provider

  • SMTP - Simple, works with any email server
  • Gmail - Best if using Google Workspace
  • Office 365 - Best if using Microsoft 365

2. Get Credentials

3. Configure Email Settings

  1. Settings โ†’ Email โ†’ Email Settings
  2. Select provider
  3. Enter credentials
  4. Test connection
  5. Save

4. Enable POS Email (Optional)

Configure when to send customer receipts via email:

  1. Settings โ†’ Email โ†’ POS Email Settings
  2. Enable email receipts
  3. Configure retry policy
  4. Save

5. Test Email Delivery

Send test email:

  1. Settings โ†’ Email
  2. Click Send Test Email
  3. Verify receipt in inbox

Common Issues

Emails Not Sending

Authentication Failed
